Shipping Policy

1 Digital Delivery

Admit cards, interview call letters, test links, results and joining instructions are delivered digitally to the email address and mobile number registered in your candidate profile.

Digital items are normally delivered instantly and in all cases within 48 hours of processing. Please keep your contact details updated and check your spam folder before raising a complaint.

2 Physical Delivery

Where a service includes printed study material, an ID card, a certificate or a grooming kit, the item is dispatched to the postal address provided at the time of enrolment.

• Dispatch within 5 to 7 working days of confirmation
• Delivery within 7 to 12 working days across most Indian cities
• Remote and hill locations may require additional time
• A tracking number is shared by SMS or email once dispatched

3 Delivery Charges

Standard delivery within India is included in the applicable service fee unless stated otherwise at the time of enrolment. Express delivery, re-dispatch or address change requests may attract additional charges.

4 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Candidates are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address with a working phone number. Consignments returned due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability or refusal will be re-dispatched only after payment of re-delivery charges.

5 Damaged or Missing Items

If a package arrives damaged or with an item missing, report it within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the package. Verified cases will be replaced free of cost.

6 International Delivery

At present, physical items are dispatched only within India. Candidates outside India receive all documents digitally.
